Lágrima

A beautiful, mild little pepper that, like its name indicates, looks just like the caricature of a teardrop. They are rounded and small, about 1 inch for the biggest ones, with a straight and pointy tail. Lágrima pepper surprises, as they are a Capsicum Chinense, same as Habanero, Scorpion, and our hottest pepper Carolina Reaper.

Like our Super Hots, the Lágrima has an extremely sweet, floral, and citrusy flavor but without the vicious bite. It is one of our most aromatic peppers, very much a hit when brined whole. The chili pepper world´s olive, once your clients try one, they won´t be able to stop snacking on them.
