Hot Pepper Mash & Puree

One of our primary processing methods is turning our hot peppers into mash. We grind the chilies down to a paste with visible seeds and membrane pieces. This mash is our blank canvas. From there we can add salt and ferment, add acid, pasteurize, or add both for a custom blend for your products.

We are also equipped to help you if want a chili puree for your products. Through a fine mill, we grind down our mash into a smooth paste that has particles no larger than half a millimeter. Our pepper puree is silky and velvety, with no preservatives or additives.
